HOW TO CLEAN

For easy cleanup to switch your fragrance, soack two cotton balls into the liquid wax, let it absorb and then wipe with a paper towel.

High quality fragrance oils, blended by experts in France and the UK. Consist of both natural and synthetic aromatic ingredients. Natural fragrances are extracted from plants and flowers and synthetic fragrances are manufactured from man-made materials.

We use mica powder as a natural alternative to colouring the wax and also for a shimmering effect.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over 300 lei.

For orders less than 300 lei, shipping cost is:

19 lei for home delivery

All orders will ship in 2-3 days after order is placed. During holiday seasons delays may occur.

RETURNS:

While we make every attempt to ensure it will be love at first... scent between you and our Oudish products, we totally understand if you change your mind and want to return the items you ordered. We will make every resonable effort to ensure our clients are satisfied, so please contact us at contact@oudish.shop within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return. Please include the order number in your email.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover the original shipping fee, nor the return shipping fee.

We offer free replacements for any damaged or incorrect item received.
