SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over 300 lei.

 

For orders less than 300 lei, shipping cost is:

9,9 lei for delivery at easybox

19 lei for home delivery

 

All orders will ship in 2-3 days after order is placed. During holiday seasons delays may occur.

 

Delivered Monday - Saturday on a tracked service with our partner Sameday.

RETURNS:

While we make every attempt to ensure it will be love at first... scent between you and our Oudish products, we totally understand if you change your mind and want to return the products you ordered. We will make every resonable effort to ensure our clients are satisfied, so please contact us at contact@oudish.com within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return. Please include the order number in your email. 

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover the original shipping fee, nor the return shipping fee. 

 

We offer free replacements for any damaged or incorrect item received.
